  15. Our users don't always end their kermit sessions 
  16. before leaving. They forget, or a long transfer is 
  17. still being performed. If its friday, we can have a long 
  18. distance connection all weekend.

  20. The ckermit script input command has a timeout value 
  21. so that something else can happen if the expected string
  22. is not received from a remote site.

  24. Is their a way to set an inactivity timeout so that we 
  25. can drop the line after a transfer has finished or if an
  26. interactive session has no keyboard/terminal activity for 
  27. a while.
